Hello readers, this is a new blog post, the first week of the summer learning journey, otherwise known as (SLJ). I have to write about setting sail and the ten things I would take on my journey without a fridge. These are my ideas:
1. Catch fresh fish
2. Dried fruit
3. Fresh water
4. Nuts
5. Canned food
6. honey
7. chips
8. peanut butter
9. cookies
10.lollies
I am a Year 7 student in the Uru MÄnuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Good afternoon Sean,
ReplyDeleteWell done on completing your first Summer Learning Journey blog post. I look forward to reading your posts over the summer holidays.
Catching fresh fish is a great idea. What would you take to cook it with?
Water is another essential one to take on a trip that long as you can't live without water. How much do you think you would need to take?
I like the idea of lollies and cookies on a trip that long, good thinking.
Until next time, happy blogging :)
